Pastoral Care for the Sick and Elderly

This group provides spiritual and pastoral care for our elderly and sick in the institutions in Bukit Batok area.

The ministry makes group visits to Bukit Batok Home for the Aged (Bukit Batok West Avenue 2) on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of each month. The visit is from 9.15 am to 11.15 am.

Apart from the above, some ministry members remain visiting the Red Cross Home for the Disabled ( 75 Elizabeth Drive ) periodically subject to their time availability after it has been relocated from Bukit Batok to Bukit Merah area .

All members are volunteers and devote about 2 hours each month to spread cheer, sing songs, give Holy Communion and to pray together with the home residents.

Volunteers grow spiritually in prayer through caring, sharing and service.The group is looking forward to better serving our parish when we are more ready with our man power
